Too much watching 'Say Yes to the Dress' and now...

I decided to cancel my dress order and try on new ones! Every time I see another dress I feel like I like it more than mine. I have been kind of regretting my choice for a while but made it official tonight. I called Fantasia and Alicia was so great to let me come in tomorrow and try again. She called Maggie Sottero and had them hold the order for 3 days. I will lose out on $200 but I think its worth it in the long run.

$200 isnt much to lose, if that will make you happy ...your wedding is so close though, I hope you still have time to get another one without worrying it will cut it close

Its ok dear. I think its a good idea that you try on some more and make sure. Like you said, its worth it in the long run.

I know I was worried about that. They told me I still have a little time before they would charge a rush fee.

i think you made the right choice. You dont want to look back and regret not getting a better dress.

if you really didn't feel it was THE dress, then it was a good decision.

Dont hate me for suggesting this but - maybe when you do find a dress, you could stop (minimize) watching/looking at other gowns? there will always be a gown that is newer, different, etc bec season & trends change. you might not be able to find a gown that you'll be happy with if you keep comparing other gowns with what you already have.

You are absolutely right. I know that it only makes it worse when I look at other dresses. Once I pick a new one, I'm def going to stop the search.
