Too soon?

Ok so one of my bridesmaids/best friends lives in South Carolina and is coming to NY the beginning of April to hangout and do some wedding stuff and go to the East Wind Showcase. I really want to go look at bridesmaid dresses while I have all the girls together... I don't know when the next time she will come to NY. Do you think it's too early to look for bridesmaid dresses if my wedding is next April? I really want to have her included in as much as she can when shes here because I know she feels bad being so far away. What to do??

My FSIL had us pick our dresses for her wedding a couple months ago (she's getting married Feb 2015). One of her bridesmaids is in the army and was just deployed and won't be back until right before the wedding so we did it early. I think whatever works for you and your girls is best!

I agree, it's not to early. I shopped for Bridesmaid dresses back in January, again last week and will be ordering them next week. It's hard when multiple people involved live in different states.

It's never too early but in my experience, the dress we picked out months ago ended up being discontinued when we were ready to buy. I never thought to ask if that was a possibility!
