took my first boxing class last night..

Okay, I am in pretty decent shape and let me just say I am horrible at boxing. Never thought hitting a bag would hurt so much the next day.

Though I have to say the class was fun last night!!

I definitely recommend it !!

I took boxing a couple of years ago and I remember my obliques were really, really sore.
