Tooting my own horn a little ... come look at my handiwork in the nursery!

WHEW! Finally done! Hope these pics will show what I've been up late many nights trying to finish .... I drew 3 Classic Pooh murals on the walls in Maria's nursery. Here are 2 of them.

Leave it to me to tackle the most time intensive complicated project ... right after the birth of my first child! Hope you like ...

Christine, GORGEOUS !!!!

You are VERY TALENTED !!!!!!!!!!!

The most I will take a chance with on the walls are simple things like butterflies or baseballs

Great job !!!!!!!

Toot away at that horn, it's beautiful and done with such love. I'm really impressed. What is the raised area under the tree trunk, is that part of the wall? I'm impressed how you did so and went right over that.

I bet your girl enjoys looking up at it.

That is SO AMAZING!!! What kind of paint did you use? Did you draw it in pencil first?

I am thinking about doing this for my future niece, she is due to arrive in three weeks!! :)

THanks everyone! The raised part of the wall is actually the fuse box for the entire house. (I live in a levitt ... no basement, so there it is .... ) But my sister & I came up with the tree idea to camoflage it & it came out better than I thought!

Danielle ... I used acrylics with some different brushes on the leaves & grass. If you want more details ... fm me! I'd hate to give away all my secrets!
