Tori -

How was your first session with your trainer? I was thinking of you while I was at the gym this morning! I just bought a six pack of sessions.

OMG it was great. After all the times I went to the gym he gave me the best workout ever.

I never worked out so hard. There were a few things that I had trouble with during the last few counts on the last set. But that's normal. Andrew was great.

No, I've never had a trainer. I used to go to LA Fitness with FH but I would whine and complain when something hurt and then just stop. I figure I can't whine to a real trainer and I need my butt kicked a little so I got six sessions (really cheap too!)

I just joined Meadows Spa in Fresh Meadows. It's like five minutes from my house and it's all women - that makes me feel good.

Glad to hear that although it was difficult you got through it - keep up the good work!

One of my co-workers joined the gym in Fresh Meadows it's a few blocks from my job. How much was your trainer if you don't mind. I live up the block from LA fitness. We didn't join because it was so much $.

I'm a member at LA Fitness, well my membership is frozen bc I fell out of my routine. But if anyone is interested in getting me back into a routine that would be great!

Prob, that is usually how it works, so they can hook you and get the big bucks later. I worked w/ a trainer for a while, and it was so worth it. You wont be sorry!!!!!!!!

wow that is cheap, My FH has to pay $700 for 10 sesions. That was my xmas gift.
