Has anyone heard of this catering hall in the Bronx? Or has anyone ever tried the food?

I've been to the restaurant part a billion times. Its a popular local hang out. I haven't been to the new catering section the 'marquee' part but I heard its nice for showers, e-parties, etc.

Yes I have - it's in my old neighborhood. I actually go there a lot for our 'girls night' outtings.
The new section they built is reaaaaaally nice. I especially love the upstairs rooftop area. I've never been in their main ballroom area (if that's what you want to call it) but I sneaked a peek in it last time I was there and it looks very nice. Food is delish!

Food was great! Had brunch there this past Sunday.
Getting married here, but, I am curious to hear more brides' experiences.

Re: Tosca Marquee
I live very close to there. I went there to possibly have my engagement party. We weren't happy with the man who showed us the room and the price list he gave us was quite outrageous. He had us waiting an hour b/c he was making up the menu right at that exact moment. My mom looked into having my shower there and she happened to be there when there were 4 showers going on. She wasn't happy with how they set it up. They had the 4 showers in 4 separate corners of the room but it was not separated bY any walls and all 4 showers shared the same buffet. Unless this is something they worked out we didn't like the sound of it. Maybe they have changed since we went there. But the resturant is nice.

Thanks for your input, I know they have only ONE bride per day so I won't be sharing the space with any of the other brides.
I think the prices for our W were fairly reasonable considering it was all inclusive and no hidden costs.
I've seen reviews on other sites for weddings there and they said they had a great time.
