For those who don't mind me asking, roughly how much is the photo and video combined costing you? I'm trying to work out a 5K budget for both ($3K for photo and $2K for video) and I'm just curious if my standards are too high or too low?

About $6500 for both.
I think you have a good budget though. I am sure you can find both within that range.

I think you're right on target. We spent a little over $3000 on photographer, and $1600 for video...so we came in at just under $5000

Wow - I really thought I was being extravagant looking at photographers for > 4000 - but sadly - it looks like that is an average price

We booked Duet last year before their prices went up and we got both photo and video for $3000 plus tax. I was/am so thrilled with their work for that price!

listen to this... my photographer made the mistake of telling me that after the wedding the prints are 50% off!!!!!! my video and pics are $3300...im ordering more after the wedding
