total veil disaster!!!!!!!!!!

OK so I picked up my veil yesterday because I have a hair trial tomorrow and wanted to bring it. I tried it on to show my mom and there is NO BLUSHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I freaked out because my wedding is 18 days away. I called and they said get this.....'that veil doesn't come with a blusher that would be special order and it takes about a month'. HELLO maybe when I was ordering it and the woman said 'OK this is where the blusher will lay so it looks good in pictures' she should have also so said 'but this one doesn't have a blusher.' She ordered it and told me I would have one!!!!! I'm going there today so they can 'Figure something out.' I'm so upset, I've always envisioned my dad taking off my blusher. Please tell me there will be a solution. Sorry so long!

bring it to Barrons, they might be able to fix it for you and add a blusher. I saw a girl there when I was getting mine and she was having her's changed cause the people she bought it from didn't do it right either.

I am so sorry that this is happening to you! Is your viel white? Or off white?
If they continue to be pains and not cooperate try going to Davids.

Try romanticheadlines.com. They ave alot of veils and mine came in so quick. I think they have # to contact them. You could call and ask them. They also have great prices!!! Good luck. Don't worry... everything will work out.

I'm so sorry that happened!! I would recommend Barron's too! at least they're not too expensive, since you don't need the expense of buying a whole new veil now!

A blusher will not be hard to attach. I'd even check out a craft store.

I would go and get a removable blusher, one you can remove after the ceremony. Also try ebay.

I went to the bridal shop today and they are going to make me a removable one. I feel soooo much better now!

If worse comes to worse, go to a good quality craft store or fabric store and buy tulle that matches your veil and then attack it. It's not hard at all and that way you have what yyou want. You might even be able to take it to a millinery store in NYC if Barrons can't fix it. Honestly honey, I am 17 days away and feel your pain but just take a breath. It'll be ok.

The blusher is the veil that goes over your face before the wedding. Totally optional. It can be removable or attached to the headpiece and flipped back over your head.
Either your father will flip the blusher over your head as you reach the altar, or you can leave the blusher on during the ceremony and your groom will flip it for your first kiss.
