Totally falling off the wagon

Totally falling off the wagon

the WW wagon. I dont know why I have zero willpower. I was so good with it for the first 2 weeks and then this past week was a total disaster. I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted (which was always probably more than anyone should eat but it never seemed to really effect me) but over the past few years everything has changed. I need to drop 15 lbs and it really shouldnt be this difficult. It makes me feel pathetic that I have no control over what I put in my own mouth. Its ridiculous!!!!!! I am so good during the week, and then on the weekends I honestly eat like a weeks worth of points. And, i go to the gym 4-5 days a week and do about an hr of cardio each time. what is wrrrrrrong with me???? feel so down about it.

I do the same thing... I try to be soooo good all week and eat nothing but healthy stuff... and then the weekends it's like 'Let's see how much food I can stuff into my mouth!'

It's really hard to STOP eating all that stuff once you start, isn't it?! Whenever my FH has a 'junk food day' he always says - well the day is shot anyway because I already ate a bunch of crap, I may as well eat whatever I want and be good tomorrow!! Not sure if you do that, but I always tell him - NO...just start tomorrow NOW...and be good for the rest of the day. Ok so it doesn't always work, but sometimes it does!

I think we all fall off the wagon - I know I do especially when I'm stressing. Remember to FORGIVE YOURSELF and not focus on it, otherwise you'll wind up in that downward spiral!!

One thing I try to do is even I know I'm going to 'cheat' on WW, I try to at least make healthier choices. Light ruffles instead of reg. potato chips, or All Bran Crackers are both good. Vitamuffins are only 1pt each. EVen if you eat alot its better than eating something 'bad' for you!
Also, maybe try weight training in addition to cardio or instead of cardio? Its supposed to help you lose weight.

It takes SO much willpower but its so worth it once you really start losing!

what about if I drink beer and eat wings and things of that nature.............. d@mn you croxleys.......

I do weight training too, but only like once a week. When i first started really working out I felt that more weight training would help me lose weight faster and also tone, but for me it seems to just bulk me up a little. so now i spend that time that i used to put towards weights running, and just weight train one day a week. Seems to work better for my body
