Totally not feeling the GARTER selection out there...UPDATE

No offense to anyone - but I think the ones I've seen are just really cheesy looking!

I just want a simple satin one with maybe our monogram on it...can anyone suggest where to buy one (online pref.)?

Thanks for all your suggestions ladies...I found THE ONE...and coincidentally, it matches...MY DRESS & Theme! GOLD!!!

ebay??? Exclusively wedding? Things Remembered all have monogramed garters
I got a red sox one for my FI.

Have you tried ebay. They have a good selection. I'm sure you can find something nice.

I bought mine on ebay. I actually had 2 one to throw and one to keep.. I bought a plain white silk one at walmart..

that's similar to the one I wore... for about 15 minutes. mine had a blue ribbon though. i never thought to try the garter with stockings on and it kept sliding down my leg to my ankle

so 15 minutes into taking pics I took it off... I got married without something blue

'm going to have two one really nice one and then a toss one. the toss one i bought from michaels with the coupon it was 2.00.

We bought ours from Angel Threads. It's a soft blue silk with monogram & date. It's gorgeous. More than I wanted to pay, but beautiful...I wouldn't have worn one at all if I didn't find this one.

i wanted a really plain, thin garter.. my husbands aunt acutally cut all of the lace off of one for me! it was perfect!

You usually wear 2 on one leg, with the throw one on the bottom, because that's the one you want him to take off.

I'm sure you could always clue a mongram on it. I found I liked at Utopia, its black and red and it says B* on it. LOL My FH got a kick out of it. And it lights up!
