Can you get a shoe horn at CVS?

I just got DH two pairs of loafer type work shoes at Macy's last week...for a total of $63 ( a pair of black Calvin Klains and a pair of brown Kenneth Coles) and he is going to wreck the back of them if we don't get a shoe horn
