Does anyone live or know anyone who lives in the Heatherwood Property on Broadway in Holbrook? I know this is really NWR, but we are looking for a new place, and it's pretty inexpensive... Just wondering what the hood is like. TIA!

Hi!
My brother and sister bothed lived there at one time and they liked it.
My fiance and I just moved into Heatherwood in Ronkonkoma, and I like it a lot.
we looked at the ones in Holbrook and thought it was too huge. The ronkonkoma one is a lot smaller.
my bro and sis did mention a lot of kids, and noise at Holbrook.
no matter where you live I reccomend upstairs. You hear too much noise downstairs and upstairs is more private.

Soooo helpful thanks! We live at Heatherwood in Manorville now, I think it would probably save some headache, maybe we can just forward our deposit, etc.

I am from Holbrook and I love it. Broadway ave is convenient to a lot of things. I would've moved there but they wouldn't allow my dog. I would love to buy a house in Holbrook..great area..no crime..clean..close to sunrise hwy and LIE, close to LIRR..

You guys are great, thanks! I know I LOVE Holbrook, I grew up in Ronkonkoma. The Ronk. location would be great, too. Is the Holbrook one accross from the 7-11? Or is that a Fairfield? We have a dog, too- but have THUS far evaded the Heatherwood police...! She's not as big as a lab, though! BTW- Love Jack, he's too cute!

Yes, it's across from the 7-11 but Fairfield is over there also. Theres a few right there in the same little area. I'm in Fairfield in Patchogue actually. This was the only place we could find that would let us have such a big dog! Move to Holbrook!

I lived in Hillcrest for 6 years (from the time i was 13 - 19) but that was 9 years ago. I remember liking it!

FH and I are looking into renting in holbrook also. A long time ago we look at heatherwood also and want to check out fairfleid also.
