Tower of Terror

I wish y job in life was to ride the tower of terror! All day eery day!

That would be nice.

My favorite part of that ride is when you take the car and you go up, just as the elevator opens and you are coming out the little lithograph of the girl says 'this is boorrring'
It cracks me up!
I dont know why I made this post, just laugh with me or at me and move on.

Love that ride!!!!

I have never been on it, but sounds fun.

WOOHOO!!!!

They actually had just opened the one at California Adventure when we were there on our HM but it was sooooo ridiculously crowded, we passed on it (DH is not so crazy about it but for some reason always makes me go on it at MGM ...)

I'm not! Darren said maybe in a few years when we have kids that we will get it.

I would lOOVVEEE a GTG on that ride! I love it and wish i could go on it right this very minute!

OK how did you know Tower of Terror was one of my favorite rides?

DH has NEVER BEEN on it, and keeps saying 'its sounds lame' .. And I keep warning him NO ITS NOT LAME , ITS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO COOOOOOOOOL

When my girlfriends and I used to go to Disney 2x a year , we'd make it a point of going on Tower of Terror as often as possible ... I always got a kick out of which elevator dude would be the most 'ghoulish' Yes somehow this would make our day if the elevator guys were good 'actors' or not

DH and my best friedn who works @ the park BOTH begged me to go on this ride with them wheile we were there last year on our honeymoon - but I would NOT go... I get really disoriented and nauseous on stright up/down rides, it never fails and i feel liek crap after it's over

On an absolutely hysterical side note about Tower of Terror though.... when my best friend and I were in college (same one who now works @ Disney) we used to call one of the dorm building's elevators the Tower of Terror bc it was really old school with the sliding metal grate and looked liek it was about to fall apart. So when we were bored, we would go over to the dorm building and ride the elevator with the lights off screaming TOWER OF TERROR!! the whole time.....
We had a blast, but hey, we're dorks! Needless to say two things happened from that:

1. We once again confirmed the fact that we are mega-dorks with no better ways to amuse ourselves

2. The girls who lived there and actually needed to use the elevators to get to their rooms did NOT like us very much!

Ah, the carefree days of college - how I miss them!!!
