I thought some of you girls may be interested in this. (Just keep in mind that it needs to be submitted within 6 weeks of the ceremony!!!!)
Dear Reader:
Because of the overwhelming number of submissions we receive, we regret that we are unable to publish all weddings submitted or confirm inclusion by phone or mail.
If you would like your wedding to be considered for inclusion in our weddings section, we MUST receive ALL of the following:
- A brief, typed description of the couple, including appropriate details about education, careers and families.
- The name of parents and the bride's maiden name (please indicate if the bride will be keeping her maiden name).
- Vertical, black-and-white (or color) photographs of any size, taken the day of the wedding. The couple should be standing close together and reasonably close to the camera. Please label your photograph on the back with your name and phone number.
IMPORTANT: If your photograph is coming from your photographer, please inform them that we are unable to use photographs printed on anti-scanning paper.
- A copy of the invitation.
- A phone number and address of a contact person (to confirm information).
- A self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your photo.
Please send your submissions within six weeks after the ceremony to Weddings Department, Town & Country Magazine, 30th Floor, 1700 Broadway, New York, NY 10019.
