which town hall in suffolk county is opened late during the week? and does anyone have the phone Number? I am moving to Pennsylvania probably at the end of Feb, so if I do the marriage license right before I leave, it will be about 53-54 days prior to my wedding date .. I will be safe right?

I went to the Town Hall in Hempstead because my FH lives in Nassau. They are only till 5pm.

I believe the marriage licence is valid for 60 days, so you should be fine... Just double check you counted right...
ETA: Just found this:
The marriage section of the Brookhaven Town Clerk's office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30p.m. With extended hours on Monday until 7 PM. Applicants should arrive a half-hour prior to closing. HTH!!
