Anyone know where there are any townhouses in Long Island (prefferably Nassau) similar to the ones in Bayside and Douglaston! Fi and I are interested but the ones here in Queens are soooo much $$$$$ !!! TIA!!

We looked at Townhouses and found they were just as much as houses cost. I doubt you will find anything cheaper than the ones in queens and the taxes will be MUCH higher.

What are the ones in Queens like (development, amenities, features of the townhouse, etc.)? That way we can get an idea so we can give recommendations!
