Townhouses being built in West Babylon/condos in Westbury

Does anyone know anything about them? Or how to go about finding out how to see a model and how much they're going to go for? I tried calling the number in front of the development but they never call back. I also tried calling the town and they said that I had to call the number on the sign in front of the development. Also, does anyone know where the condos are being built in Westbury? Someone mentioned it and I was curious about it. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

I think the condo's in Westbury are being built right across the street from Expo Design center in that abandoned parking lot on Merchants Concorse if it isnt there then it is right where the old raceway way. Construction has actually been started on something across from the design center already. There was an article about the 'affordable' Apartments/ Condo's about a year ago in Newsday. At the time, they sounds like Crazy expensive, Now I am not too sure it might be a good deal unless they increase along with everything else.

My FH and I are looking to purchase a townhouse or condo on Long Island (preferably Suffolk County). If anyone knows of any communities currently beeing built, please let me know. We are also open to purchasing a new home,- so if anyone knows of a decent area, where there are new homes being built, I'd appreciate it,- thanks...

The ones in Westbury are going up across from the train station. I live in a very affordable co-op in new Hyde Park. If you want details FM me.

There are some on the side of the LIE, but the starting price for these condos is $900K- Imagine?!

We are looking in Suffolk County, but not way out there. We like Smithtown, Saint James, Sayville, but are open to just about any area. We are not set on any one spot. I work in Meville, and my FH works in Bethpage, so a commute of about 45 minutes or under may be allright. Thanks,- Deb...
