Townhouses/Co-ops in BALDWIN? Medecino Greens (i think)

i think they're called Medecino Greens? Does anyone know anything about them? we're looking at one tommorow but I would like more information about the neighborhood and area? thanks girls!!

I believe this one is located on grand avenue, correct? My friends relatives used to live in one a few years back. They are nice, I guess inside. The area isnt that great though. It is considered North Baldwin.

There is another townhouse in baldwin, but it is located on Merrick road, and it is a better area of Baldwin.
