Toy chests..

I really wanna get this toychest for John Anthony;s room since its on the small side. maybe get a bigger one for his playroom when its all set up.

Has anyone had experience with fabric toy chests like this ? I think the denim will go with anything and everything...

I wish I could help. FH's dad made one for Emma.

Someone got Luke the chair that matches this toybox. I hadn't registered for it but I love how it looks in his room. The pinstripes add to it's versatility somehow.
The soft padding will be gentler on him if he falls into it (hopefully that wont happen but...you know kids)

Patrick is sitting in the matching chair right now!!! We just got it for him on Sat.

We use the playpen as a toybox!!

I meant if he falls against it..not that I was clear about it LOL We have Luke's toys in a wicker basket someone gave me at my shower. But once he's up and about that won't work b/c the wicker pieces always seems to break off. I might end up with the same chest.

how funny, I thought you meant inside it. MY nieces are always getting into their toy chest, and sometimes even closing themselves in !
Im sure Luke's toys will outgrow that basket very soon !!

My nephew has the boy's little tykes toy chest- that thing would survive thru a hurricane. Love this denim look. You can easily pad the inside yourself if you want to.

I am not too crazy about the denim look and I think that I fabric covered toy chest can be difficult to clean - can you remove the fabric?
I admit, I hadn't thought about the upside of the 'upholstered' toy chest...(won't hurt as much if they go bump against it.)

We were planning on getting Paul a wooden toybox for his room. Something like this:
