Tracy anderson method

Anyone try this??? Ive done two so far and i want to cry. She's krazyyyyy and doesn't explain half the freaky moves she makes up, so how the hell am i suppose to know if i have my hands and feet right.

Good workout for the ones i can figure out tho lol
