Tracy Chapman - The Promise

What do you ladies think about this as a wedding song?
I am not fully sure what it's meant to be about.

I understand the gist but I wouldn't want people to get the wrong idea..

It's such a beautiful heart felt song that can bring anyone to tears..but I dont know if thats necessarily a good thing..

I looooove this song! its beautiful. However, I am not sure how I feel about it as a wedding song. Its a little too slow.

I voted 'love it', just because I adore the song, however I don't know about it as a wedding song. It has a 'sad' vibe to it IMO.
