traditional or airbrush makeup?
Did you use traditional or airbrush makeup? Which do you think is better for a more natural look that doesn't look caked on but covers blemishes and wrinkles?

I'll prob use traditional. My understanding is that airbrush looks amazing in photos but may look a bit caked on in person.
I had gotten both done and much prefer the traditional on me, but from what I understand its different for everyone depends on the types of skin.
I am having a trial tomorrow and will be trying the airbrush. I had heard airbrush was thinner and was a better option for people who don't wear a ton regularly. I hope that is true!
I got airbrushing done and loved it. Super lightand stayed on all day. I booked her that day. Kelly Glam Me Up bridal. Her studio is above bridal suite in bay shore
Wow I had all my trials done with airbrushing. I wish I would have tried regular to compare now.
I did airbrush for my trial and went to a wedding that night, i danced the whole time, and the makeup literally looked just as good the next morning- the woman who did my makeup even said the girls who she does airbrush for keep their makeup on until the next morning after their wedding when they host breakfasts at the hotel because the makeup still looks so amazing!
I doing airbrush. I love it. It lasts so well. Whenever I get my makeup done I do airbrush.
Thanks ladies. I had traditional done yesterday and it didn't last as long as I would have liked so I'm going to try airbrush next and see how that is. I don't really ever wear make up so I really want something that shows I'm wearing something but not that caked on look and something that lasts.
jassy definitely please let me know. I am actually going to set up a trial with Nadine the mua you are using to see the difference. I understand from what she said that you can do a trial with both on the same day. So that's what I'm going to try.
I have a trial next week and I'll be getting airbrush. I read online that airbrush is thinner, doesn't clog pores, and is great for sensitive skin. I feel like this is my only option since I don't wear makeup everyday because of the pore clogging reason and I have super sensitive skin. I'll let you know how it is!
I used airbrush makeup for the wedding. As long as your makeup artist knows how to blend the colors properly, it won't look caked on and will actually look pretty natural. My makeup stayed all day & night!
I used airbrush and could not have been happier. It lasted all day/night and looked amazing both in person and in pictures. I never wear foundation/makeup and found the airbrush super light and natural looking. Highly recommend!
I just had my trial with airbrush - I loved it! It's what I'll be doing on my wedding day :)
I had airbrushing for both my sisters weddings and traditional for mine. I loved my makeup more, I did not like the airbrush feel.
I'm going with airbrush. It's lighter and is still perfect after 12 hours and even sleeping with it!
I had a makeup trial a couple of days ago and used airbrush. It looked very natural on my skin and I didn't feel like I was actually wearing makeup. The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't cover all of my freckles on my cheeks. Did anyone else have the similar issue?
