Re: Traditonal Makeup vs Airbrush
it's really a personal decision
airbrush feels much lighter and is said to cover up a little more. Also, it is said to last all night long without requiring any touch-ups.
you should go for a trial and try both

Re: Traditonal Makeup vs Airbrush
I did a trial with both - I didn't really feel/see a difference.
ETA: I am going to go with airbrush. In person I didn't notice a big difference, but in the pics the airbrush looked better

Re: Traditonal Makeup vs Airbrush
I had several 'traditional' make-up done for events before and decided to do a trial with airbrush. I can see a HUGE difference. It's flawless on my skin and it remained perfect for hours. I decide to go with airbrush for the wedding.
I think the results may depends on your skin and your preference also.

I only went for an airbrush trial...I loved it. It felt light and stayed on all day. I was surprised...it covered my undereye circles and redness on my ace. If you're not sure, and can affored to get 2 trials, try both for a little piece of mind.

Re: Traditonal Makeup vs Airbrush
I've heard that airbrush makeup feels like your face has been sprayed with hairspray, but I'm still going to try it myself. I've heard mostly good things about it, and it probably depends on the person and the makeup artist.

Re: Traditonal Makeup vs Airbrush
i think it truly depends on the person... i did airbrush for a friends wedding and had mineral make up for my own... i personally didnt notice a difference... but i also have pretty good skin and never usally have a problem... so that is why i think it depends on the person...

I am having airbrush and it is $20 more expensive when my make-up artist does it instead of traditional make-up.

Re: Traditonal Makeup vs Airbrush
i had a trial with airbrush....it was great!! its water proof and sweat proof...since my wedding will be in June....i know i will sweat alot..it wont stop me from sweating but what she did was put the airbursh make up and then some powder so i would have a greater defense of being oily and shiny...she did tell me to bring loose powder for touchs up throughout the day....it is more expensive because my MU girl said that one bottle for the airbrush is about 200 bucks and does 8 applications so she charges an exta 25 dollars to cover the cost of the airbrush make up..

Re: Traditonal Makeup vs Airbrush
I opted for airbrush because it worked best one me. There are some long wearing traditional foundations that work better on others, so it's really a matter of preference. Definitely try both out and see what works well on your skin.

Re: Traditonal Makeup vs Airbrush
I went for an airbrush trial and I I loved it. It was so light and felt like nothing was on my face. Maybe you should go for a trial and have them 1/2 your face with traditional and 1/2 your face with airbrush. This way you can see the difference side by side.

Re: Traditonal Makeup vs Airbrush
I've had make up trials with both and IMO I loved the airbrush it was much lighter and looked smoother on my skin. IT does not smudge as easily as the traditional makeup
