HEllo everyone! Has anyone booked a bus service or similar to transport out-of-towners to the service/reception? We will have a great deal of folks coming from far aways and want be able to transport them en masse.
Many limo companies i've talked to can only do a limo bus. VERY EXPENSIVE!
Suggestions?

Hi! Where are you holding your reception? Some halls provide a shuttle to certain hotels. I know mine does and that is what we will be doing. Good luck!

Ceremony and reception at Vanderbilt Mansion at Dowling College. the college might have a shuttle service, but i'm not sure if the caterer would get involved in that. Worth an ask, though... THANKS!
do you know who else posted info on a similar subject and when?

I looked into this and ended up booking coachman - they have shuttles. I also looked into the bus bank - http://www.busbank.com/. They were much more reasonable but they do not tell you the name of the bus company untilk after you sign he contract.

I've used: Ultimate Class Limousine for a 32 passenger limo bus. They're good, professional, prompt and courteous.
