Any suggestions for getting my out of town guests from the hotel in Westbury to the Royalton in Roslyn? Busses seem very expensive.
Did you try seeing if your hotel offers a shuttle bus?
where trying to figure out transportation as well...what a headache. A lot of the hotels around there don't offer shuttle service. What hotel are you using?

Can anyone share (ballpark) how much they are getting as quotes for prices of buses/shuttles? We are looking at hotels near our house. Our hotel only shuttles btwn the hotel and 5 miles, which sadly the Royalton is further.
We chartered a 55 passenger bus for the day 1:30pm - 11:30 pm it is aprox. $1100. we are using classic coach
wow.. i wonder if you do like a van shuttle... if you can just have it for the hour they are bringing them there, and the hour they are going back... hopefully that would be more affordable!

yea that makes sense! my wedding is still a while away... so not sure how many OOT people we'll be having yet! plus we just need to get them from the hotel to the RH and back to the hotel, b/c we're doing our ceremony there. that makes it a bit easier.
