Hey ladies! I'm new to the board and only posted once or twice. I'm out of state so I'm learning so much about LI costs and such. For our wedding, we want to rent a bus to take guests from hotel to ceremony/reception and then back to hotel. Can someone give recommendation and also the cost you paid? Thanks SOOO much!

Our limo company is providing 2 14 passenger vans to make 2 trips to and from the reception hall. We're using Clique Limos. I've also heard that Alert Bus has pretty good prices. Depending on how many guests you need to transport it will probably be close to $1000 for the shuttle. Some hotels offer this too so you may want to contact the place that you blocked off rooms.

We are looking at a 54 passenger bus to pick up our guests at the hotel & bring them 10 miles up the road & then back again after the reception. We have been quoted anywhere from $550-$750 each way.

We used Golden Touch transportation. I'm fuzzy on the details but we had a big bus that made as many trips as we needed and the driver was good. It was about $875. We were very happy with them.
