How are your parents and ILs getting to the church and reception? Is anyone getting them a limo? TIA

fh's mom can walk....she lives right around the corner from the church! (LOL j/k- her son can drive her)
I think my mom MAY end up in the limo with me, but she can get a ride with someone else if not.
there is NO WAY I am getting another car for them.

My mom doesn't care...she said she'll drive but I want her in the car with me. It's the ILs I'm having a problem with. I don't want to get a car just for them especially since they drive!

my dad is getting a limo ( he can get lost going around the corner) my mom is taking her car and driving my neice who is my FG ( car seats take up too much room in the limos and we don't want her to wrinkle) FMIL -who knows. Take her own car I guess...

Same here. Well actually, my parents and sister (MOH) will be driving with me in the limo to the church. Then my sister will go with the rest of the BP in the other limos and my parents are bumming a ride to the hall. Before the reception, I think my dad is driving a car to the hall so after the wedding they can drive themselves home.

my parents are getting a limo for the entire day...the girls & I will be accompying them to the church & then after the ceremony we will join the guys in the Escalade. my FIL's will be driving themselves

THIS WAS MY QUESTION
I THINK THE PARENTS WILL DRIVE THEMSELVES TO THE CHURCH THEN SOME HOW GET TO THE RECEPTION WITH OF FAMILY MEMBERS THEN TAKE A TOWN CAR HOME OR TAXI

OMG I'm printing this and taking it home to my FILs. Some how, some way there has been a tradition in my fiance's family where the ENTIRE fam goes to the church and reception and back home in limos. HELLO!!! That's like 20+ people! Can you say waste of money?!
And my FI parents live about 8 blocks from the church and about 10 mintues from the hall.

Me and Fh live right around the corner so I may get a limo (regular one) for both of our parents to ride in)... Depends on how well we work within our budget!

My dad will drop his car off in the morning at the church. Then he'll come in the limo with me and the bp. FILs will drive themselves to the church and to Fox Hollow. We actually asked both sets of parents if they wanted a limo and both said no.

my bridal party is brothers and sisters, so they of course are in the limos. since it is only paretns, we got an escalade, so parents can go with the bridal party. i had to spend extra on getting fututre family to bklyn because they live in li, but to me it is worth it because i want to make sure everyone is on time
