transportation help

fh & i need to start looking for transportation options for the day of the wedding. problem is, i have no idea what to ask or look for. here's what we need:

pick-up/drop-off for 8:00am/8:30am for 9 people
pick-up/drop-off for 11:30am/12:00pm for 9 people
pick-up/drop-off for 1:00pm/1:30pm for 9 people
pick-up/drop-off for 2:30pm/3:00pm for 12-20 people

pick-up/drop-off for 3:30pm-4:30pm for 40+ people
a shuttle bus from 9:15pm-10:45pm for 50+ people (2 runs b/t wedding & hotel)

please help!!! i have no idea how to do this....

when i was pricing something similar... one of the limo companies i priced offered to have a chauffer to just hang out and be on-call all day.

i need pick ups and drop offs and strange intervals, too.

they told me that each time a driver left the office, they needed a min. of 4 hrs. so when we did the math, it was cheaper to have a driver on-call.

just ask. i was able to get a decent quote. i'd offer my vendor, but i'm in nj.

with your schedule it is probablly better to ask for an on call driver. I would just tell the limo company what exactly you need and they should be able to tell you which is the most economical.

try royalty limo. they were very accomadating to everything I needed and gave me an awesome price.

I went with Coachman. They gave me the best price around. And I looked .

The on call is the best bet.

I went with a bus from 3:30-12:30 to do all the runs and whatnot and it was around $1500. This is a limobus for 35ppl the big coach bus is less expensive. Everywhere else was $2500.
