Transportation help-who goes where, how, when & in what?

FH thinks I worry too much and everything will just work out, but I am trying to work out my transportation issues. If my girls get ready with me at my sister's house and the guys get ready at a hotel near the reception hall, how does everyone get to the ceremony? Separate limos? One limo that gets the guys and drops them off and then gets us? Then what do we do to get from the ceremony to pictures and the reception? Or am I supposed to take a car with my dad to the ceremony and then leave with FH in the same car? Then what happens to my dad? And how do the girls get their cars back from my sister's? Help me please! This is probably something I don't need to worry about right now as I need to do lots of other stuff but ahhhhh!!!!!

That's what I am up to now and I sound like you. My girls will be getting ready at my house, the guys at my sisters (which is 2 blocks away) and the church isn't far either. I haven't booked it yet but I plan on getting a hummer to take the guys to the church then back to pick us up and bring us to the church (the guys are suppose to be there earlier anyway) after we are going to take pictures at a park nearby. We are all going in the hummer together and then to the reception. At the end of the night I am going to have a stretch limo pick up whoever needs a ride back to my place to pick up their cars.

here is how I did it!...
My girls and i will be getting ready at a hotel, staying there the night before.
the boys are getting ready at fh's parents house.

I got the escalade for the guys, he will drop them off and them come pic up the girls...
I got the bmw 745i for my parents and I....
after the ceremony fh and i will join the entire BP in the escalade, and our parents will take the bmw to the reception! HTH!

Here's how I'm doing it:
My girls are all getting ready at the hotel/their homes. I'm hoping to have someone go out and pick them up in the morning and bring them back to the house a half an hour or so before pictures. The limo is going to pick the men up at the reception hall/hotel, drop them off at the Church then come back and get us.

This is what I am doing
I got 3 limos--1 escalade for the BP, 1 rolls for dad & me to take to church & me & H to take to reception. Then 1 limo for parents (mine & FH's) & grandparents.

Since FH & I live about 15 minutes from eachother & I live about 5 minutes from the church the escalde will pick up the guys & bring them to the church--they the escalade & teh rolls will come to my house--the girls will get into the escalde w/ my mom & whoever else is at my house (aunts etc) and will go the church--me in rolls w/ dad. Then after church H & I will take the rolls & my parents will go in teh limo & the bridal party will have thier own car. Are the grils stayin gover at a hotel the night of the weddign if so see if 2 of your girls could drop off their cars at the hotel if not then I am sure some of them will have dates so that after the wedding they could pick up their cars. It will all owrk out don't worry about the small details like your girls getting their cars---everything will work out by itself. We have enough to worry about. Good luck!!!
