So my church is in Manhattan and the reception is in Long Island. We are having a bus take the guests from the church to the Reception but the bus won't arrive till about an hour after the ceremony ends. Any suggestions on how to keep guests entertained?

is there a park near that guests could go to to walk around? An hour isn't too long in between and i'm sure it will go fast.

an hour goes by so quick, people will be talking taking pictures etc. I wouldnt even worry about it.. ebven if you dont plan on doing a recieveing line at the church it always happens if you like it or not .......... dont even think about it ... believe me i have been to 11 weddings this year i am a pro

How about having a photographer stay back and take pictures of them while they wait

I have a nice four hour waiting time do to the fall time change interupting my outdoor pics. I think mom is going to set up coffee and pastries at the church. I know this won't kill four hours but it helps!!
