Transportation to hall for OOT

I have read other posts about this but it seems to be very expensive. Someone suggested a taxi service. I inquired and it was very inexpensive, BUT, I am nervous that the vans will be dirty or even late. Anyone find any inexpensive services? Recommendations?

My hotel will provide a van for my oot guests. You should as your hotel about it. If not most limo services(mine does) have vans you can rent. I would look into both of those before a taxi service.

We are actually using school buses. We looked into doing coach buses from our limo company but they were going to run us 1k. We are getting 2 school buses for 325 each.

I love the school bus idea. we were going to use them but DH didn't think it was as fun as I did.

Not sure where your guests are staying, but ours are at the Huntington Hilton and we are being charged $325 or $350 for a shuttle that will make as many trips as needed to and from the Riviera...

We are using school buses through MOntauk Bus COmpany (located in Yapank). The lady was very helpful and helped to organze a way to work out the transportation in the most cost effective way.

I oversee a lot of school busses for Suffolk and Nassau County. Please be careful. Make sure they are very clean and the bad thing is they are very bumpy. Also they are not a good idea for the summertime. The AC on busses are not like car AC's.

Alert Coach Busses have coach lines very inexpensive. School Busses sound like a great idea because they are cheaper but be careful Also, be careful on what kind of look you are trying to achieve JMO!!!!!!!!!!!!

My OOT guests are staying at Courtyard Marriot in Ronkonkoma and they are providing transportation to and from BCE and of course the airport.

We are using two buses from classic trans. THe shuttles from the hotel was going to take too long with all the guests, depends on the number of people!
