Has anyone done it...my photog suggested I do it and it sounds like fun...should I?
What to expect? Did you regret it...loved it...etc?

No - the dress is not ruined! I looked into it before I went in the ocean. My dress was satin, which is very easy to clean. Anyway, there were not marks or anything after I went in the ocean! Amazing.
I did bring it to get cleaned and preserved but havent gotten it back yet.
