Travel Tom Question

I am going to post this on the BRB site as well but I feel as tho sometimes you can get more responses on this board

I have heard a lot of people rave about Travel Tom. One girl recently posted that he works with Amex. My question is: Does he have an office that you can go and sit down with him to discuss HM options???? FH and I usually always go through Amex for all of our travelling but I really wanted to be able to sit with a Travel Agent face to face since we are not 100% certain about where we are gonna go.
When I saw that he works with Amex I got really excited and I told FH and he wanted me to find out if there is an office somewhere or if it is all taken care of over the phone.

He is out of the Washington DC area- so no, you work with him completely via phone & email.... He will send you links to everything he recommends to you. I would give him a call & talk to him & see what your feelings are after that. We've had a great experience with him so far!!

We would like to do Dubai and Maldives but FH is a little concerned about travelling there b/c of some safety issues. FH also wants to look into Bali. We know what sort of places we are looking for but I want to speak to someone who can make a lot of good reco's.
