TRAVELER'S BEWARE!!!!

DO NOT USE CHEAPTICKETS.COM!!! They will rip you off...

I called because I booked my trip in March and now my trip price was reduced by $800 and they won't refund the difference!!

UGH! So Unhappy. I will NEVER use them again!

that happens alot. was it because the price of the air went down? Ussually when the price of hotel goes down they can adjust it but if it's the air they can;t. airline policy is that what you pay at time of purchase is the price you pay. The only airline I know of that will give you a credit is jet blue. unfortunately it *****!

I booked on orbitz and they were awesome. They automatically sent me an e-mail the day after my trip that someone else booked for less and then they sent me a check for the difference.

I know a lot of those web sites are like that. You pay in full at the time of booking and cant get price adjustments. It really does stink! I have only used one of those sites once and wont ever do it again for that reason.

But thats for the heads up about Another site to never look on

thanks for your comments....I am still so mad..I even called 7 on your side...they said unless they have a policy stating that they will return the difference they they are in the right!! I wish I knew that sooner...I will NEVER use them again!
