LIE West to the Seaford Oyster Bay Pkwy (Rte 135) South. I think its exit 44.
Take to Exit 7W which is Hempstead Tpke (Rte 24) heading West. Go about 2-3 miles and it is on the right hand side.

I think your best bet would be to take the Northern State Pkwy. west to the Wantagh Pkwy. south to exit W3 east. (Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown) Make a right off the exit, and another right onto Hempstead Turnpike. It's probably about a 1/2 mile down the road on your left.

Or the Seaford Oyster Bay as described above (I always forget about that...)
