My wedding isn't until May 30th, but when I called JN and found out my day was booked, I knew I had the get on it!!!! I wasn't even planning this until at least 6 mos. before, but these days.........

Ok, well, first of all, Marie was absolutely wonderful. I total doll to work with. She was so friendly and tried really hard to find the best look for me.
We must have took at least 30 pics to see what looked best, only to find out I need to go tanning!!!

I knew that, but didn't realize how it would come out on camera.

Anyway, the trial was only 25.00 but we were so concerned about the pics and the makeup that I forgot to pay her and she never asked! So I will be sending her a check

She does a free second trial in a few months too which is really nice and only books one wedding a day....

Also starting airbrush in a month, already has the machine, but still practicing. Highly recommened!!! Please do a trial!!!!

Oh and forgive the roots, I was saving money, figured for the amount of money I spend getting my hair done in one month I could get 3 or 4 trials! So I skipped May!!!

I know!!! Let me show you what one person wrote to me from the city....

Thank you for your inquiry and congratulations. Beth, I am definitely not booked for that date yet because it is a year away and I don't book anything more than 3 months from the date of service. Some makeup artists I know won't book anything more than 2 months in advance. There are many reasons for this and all of the wedding magazines seem to agree as well. Even if you can get a makeup artist to do a consultation for you now, I highly recommend against it for your sake. A lot changes in a year and a) the makeup artist can't know their availability that far in advance; b) as most brides do, you will change you mind 3-4 times as to what you want between now and then with all the wedding beauty information and pictures you will be surrounded by, etc. I would love to set something up with you in the future.
