Tried on dresses today at Kleinfled

I went to the sample sale today. Rita was my attendant and she was great. The service was good but it was so crazy there! I recommend going to Kleinfled if nothing else than to just try on dresses. I was able to look through the racks and pick what I wanted. However, they do not tell you the designer of the dress you're trying on,.

However, now I a so confused! I thought I knew what I wanted but now am not sure. There is this one dress that I love but I cannot find a store that carries that dress. I tried on about 8 dresses at Kleinfeld and found one. My BM managed to sneak a pic of it, so when I get my camera back I'll post it. I liked the dress but didn't love it. It was ivory and I really wanted white. And now I am in a pissy mood. Can anyone else suggest other places for me to try dresses on where I will be able to see who the designer is? Thanks ladies!

If you can go to Bridal Suite of Centereach - they told me what I was trying on and even alllowed pics.. They were so nice. They even let me try on my dress later on and it wasnt even for a fitting. I was just visiting LOL!!

I know it's far out (seems most of you ladies are nassau girls!!) but Paradise Bridal in Patchogue was amazing! The saleswomen were incredibly sweet and they told you who the designer was!

Try not to be too upset -- you WILL find your dream dress!!!

how about rk bridal, they always get great reviews.
I'm really surprised to hear that about Kleinfelds.

Yes, you did but...I didn't listen!

I am going to try to make appointments with the places mentioned. I know what kind of style I am looking for now I just have to find the dress that screams me. I am also going to go on Kleinfeld's website and look through all of the designers webpages!

I got my dress at The Bridal Garden in Bethpage...They are very sweet & will tell you who the designer is! Their prices are great too

I have to tell you.. after all the plus and minus things about Bridal Reflections.. I have to say they were awesome!

I went Sunday, and I was soooo sick, so I really didn't want to try on dresses feeling all achey and stuff.. they gave me a consultant anyway (cause I had an appt. booked for over a month!) and she walked with me through all the closets... showed me gowns she thought I would like based upon my Plain, Plain and oh, yeah.. Plain style I wanted

And she was just wonderful... I felt so bad not trying on, but she couldn't have been nicer.. and I was there for over an hour just looking! She wrote down the numbers of three, and I'm gonna get an appt later on this month with her again. Totally calmed my fears about them! If only I could feel that way about their Bridesmaid dept!

I made an appointment to go to Flowerama on Friday in Queens. I am probably going by myself and am just going to try on many styles. Hopefully I will find something! The last time I was there they were so friendly. Here's hoping!
