No! Do not take trims spa- especially if you are nervous. There are a lot of side effects that I experienced and would not recommend it!

Thanks for the advice, I have heard similar things! They rave about it on the radio though!

Re: Trim Spa

I have taken every diet pill out there..trim spa made me MEAN..it seems like all the diet pills gave me similar to a bad PMS. The only thing I actually lost weight on was the exenedrine, but it had the ephedra which we have since found is Very bad.

I took it, and it didnt give me any side effects. I lost about 15 pounds, and have kept it off.
I dont think you can buy the one with the ephedra in suffolk, and they are trying to ban it in NY.
Everyone's body is different.
Im glad I took it, because it gave me that boost, but I wouldnt recommend taking that. If you have the will power, you can just watch what you eat and exercise.

I also took trim-spa. I did not have any problems with it.. I like it better than Xenadrine

Re: Trim Spa

I take trim-spa in the morning before I go to the gym or if I'm doing things around the house. My Husband takes it and he lost about 20lbs. he jogs after work. You have to exercise when you use it, or it won't work right. I take it more for the boost of energy, 1 pill does what a cup a coffee does to me, just alittle boost. I only take it in the morning

Re: Trim Spa

jbella...you are NOT supposed to take before you work out. It makes your heart race faster.
Yes, you need to exercise, but they recommned NOT taking it before you workout.
I made that mistake...I thought my heart was racing so fast I got dizzy

If anything, make sure it's the ephedra free one.

I took it and it didn't do anything for me at all - I didn't feel anything, and I didn't lose any weight, although it did curb my appetite. I'm trying Stacker 2, that's not really doing too much for me either. The Xenadrine ephedra free worked the best for me - I lost about 12 lbs. Just don't take it right before working out, and drink a lot of water.

Re: Trim Spa

Thanks ladies for the advice! It seems like it has different effects on everybody. I do have to admit it makes me a little nervous to take it. I'm not sure if I will.

Re: Trim Spa

Watch out with the Stacker 2. I took that a couple of years ago and lost weight. But, the second I stopped it ALL came back with 20 pounds extra. Also, it can lead to depression. Just a heads up!

Re: Trim Spa

A woman where I work's daughter died from taking Ephedra... It was horrible.

I'll never take any of those kind of supplements again! Even the Ephedra free's.. because think about it.. if they have the same weight loss effects, they probably have the same heart racing and other side effects to cause major issues? (they just havent discovered them yet because everyone's been using Ephedra until now.)

Just my opinion!
