So, I am absolutely desperate to lose weight right now. Can Trip Spa really work? I am such a food addict....I need help and I am considering turning to pills.
Suggestions?

Re: Trim Spa or other Diet Pills???
I personally don't like the pills.. My heart starts racing when i'm on diet pills.. I'm doing LA weight loss, I've lost 12 lbs in a month and Half.. Maybe that's something to consider.. I've heard weight watchers works too.. Good luck!

...Yes DONT take any of that garbage...its not good for you ....you dont loose weight the healthy way and when you stop useing them you will gain all your weight back .....weight watchers ...or L.A. weight loss..... is the way to go -

Re: Trim Spa or other Diet Pills???
I tried Metabolife years ago. All it did was speed up my heart, make me cranky and irritable and I never slept. I don't care what the bottles or health store people tell you. The 'natural' stuff does just as much harm as the factory manufactured stuff. I wouldn't do it. Sure you may drop a couple of pounds but once you stop, the pounds will pile back on and you may have done irreparable damage to your heart.

I love the word 'natural' marijuana, peyote, opium- those are natural too.
weight loss is not a speedy process if you want it to last. proper diet, portion control, and exercise are the healthy way to go. IF you need support and help, please rely on us here on the boards rather than a diet pill. Don't you ever notice the disclaimer on all of these adds- results NOT typical.
I don't mean to be preachy- this is just my opinion. there are a lot of us on here that worry and are trying to shed unwanted pounds- no matter how few or how many. If you need a boost to get to the gym or put down that darn Twinkie- jump on and ask for support. we'll give it to you.
Good luck! YOu can do it!

Please don't use pills. The girls are totally right - natural doesn't mean healthy. There is nothing like incorporating exercise and paying attention to what your food triggers are so that you can avoid them. You can lose weight. You have the support of the whole board.

I tried Hydroxycut a few months ago and it did nothing but make me anxious. Stay away from them!!

I tried Xenadrine EFX two summers ago. I lost weight but my stomach is totally screwed up now. I go through phases where I get sick (need to lie down and moan all day sick or go to the bathroom WAY too much) when I eat anything (even the most bland of foods like bread). Be careful with any of those bills - they can be bad bad news!

I know a few people who used Dr. Phils weight loss book. They lost a lot pretty quickly.
Its no magic, its all about diet & exercise.

I'm thinking that ya know why Anna Nicole did so well? Because shes Anna Nicole and has the money for trainers and dieticians and chefs to help her with every step she had to take. To say that Trim Spa did it for her is a fallacy.

I am actually taking Tripspa now, I KNOW that it's not helthy, but I wanted to try it and see. It does work to reduce appetite, for me at least. But I also work out and I have found that Pilates is the BEST workout, it tones your body and you see results almost immediately.

i have been using stacker 2 with ephedra for about 3 years now. it works wonders, but i dont want to promote it because i know all about the heart problems it can potentially cause, so take at your own risk i guess.

you need to take it for like a month to see results. U take it with each meal. It worked for me. I used it last summer...when i was totally in to eating right and getting my rear end to the gym. I am starting it all up all again. good luck

I've heard that Anna Nicole was on quite a bit more than just TrimSpa to lose that weight.
I sooooo wish there was an easy way to lose weight because I have no willpower whatsoever. So I have just decided to try to accept being a cow forever. But I think if you really want to do something that everyone here is right, diet and exercise.
