My coworker has decided to order these. I was very against her using them from past experiences...
Anyone have any other experiences? Iwould like to hear differnet views so I can be honest with her. She was considering nutrisystem first....but is afraid with the money cost...

Re: Trimspa? Anyone have feedback?
think of it this way. trimspa was endorsed by anna nicole smith. she had plastic surgeons. I know friends who have taken everything.. stackers, red bulls, xenedrine.. you name it. Trim spa was the least effective. most of them just make you want to use the bathroom a lot... lol. Honestly, weight watchers or jenny craig. also take a multivitamin for women. some offer weight control.

I am against any pills or quick methods to lose weight. I was just talking with my mom about this bc she was telling me how her friend is taking these pills now and they are great, and talking about them being natural . The thing is that you wont take pills for the rest of your life or do any extreme diet for the rest of your life. The moment you stop doing it you will gain the weight back very easily.
To the other poster, you said redbull and i just was curious if people really do use this to lose weight? I drink redbull EVERY single day i am addicted to it haha, but not to lose weight and if people use it for this reason all i can say is they are very wrong bc redbull doesnt make you lose weight at all trust me lol. I was just surprised when i read that so i am curious if ppl use it for weightloss

Tell her to be careful.. I tried a product that was very similar to trim spa a while ago and I ended up being rushed to the emergency room.. My heart rate was through the roof and i fainted etc...and I took it exactly as it was directed. I dunno that stuff scares me. I think nutri system is supposed to be alot healthier but i really dont know.....

i love redbull and vodkas! That is my drink of choice.. :) I am a veggie freak and love reading about nutrition. People drink energy drinks to suppress their hunger. People have fone it all. You are right.. the second you stop.. its right back. Just eat right. nutra system is like jenny craig. its frozen food.

I tried Trimspa a bunch of years ago... scary stuff - yeah, I lost alittle bit of weight, but it made my heart speed so fast - it was by no way healthy. Try Isogenix if you are looking for something... its much more natural. Takes dedication, but 100% worth it

Nutrisystem is gross!!! Also, with all the money you spend on that food, you still have to go out and buy veggies and fruits on top of the high cost of the food... I think it was like $300. Needless to say, there are tons of nutrisystem food sitting in my pantry LOL!!! I did it for like a week, and got off.... didn't really like it

I did isagenix about 3 weeks ago..it was tough!! However, I never felt so good after completing the program...I lost 9 pounds throughout the program...I am planning to do another run in a few weeks...it is $$$

PLEASE stop the redbull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not kidding. Last year a friend of ours fiance passed away. He died in his sleep. They didnt know what had happened as he didn't drink or do drugs. He was also a runner. The coroner explained that it was a massive heart attack due to the redbull. Sware to the big guy. He said it caused something in his blood to thicken and his heart couldn't handle it. He had started drinking it that year. It was a shame as he was only 26

It's not for me its for my coworker. I printed out this thread and showed her. She said she is now considering Alli (if thats how you spell it?) I am not sure about this one either. I really don't believe in diet pills and I wish she would consider another alternative. WW she can't follow. I told her it's all self discipline. Coffee is my stop to eatingthough lol

Re: Trimspa? Anyone have feedback?
First off, I used to take Diet Fuel back in the day which had loads of Ephedra. Taking those pills have f*cked up my thyroid and now I have thyroid disease.
I am SO against diet pills. They never work in the long run. You lose a ton of weight but then can gain it back so quickly. The only way to lose weight is to adapt to a healthy life style and fitness routine.

I have to say...they make the best water pills for bloating I have ever used!
Other then that...I think its all a scam and nothing works like eating healthy and working out!
