Anyone have any specific ideas for a local trip that FH and I can take in the days after our wedding. As some of you know our HM has been cancelled and we're unable to travel too far...I was thinking we could go upstate or someplace in Jersey by car for a few days--just so we can say we had something of a honeymoon directly following our wedding... I am looking for specific ideas for locations...

Ooohhh, Salem Massachussets is pretty ggod this time of year....there is a really nice B&B called the Hawthorne
The Ceasar's couples resorts in the Pocconos (I recommend either Pocono Palace or Cove Haven)
Greenport on LI.....The Sterling Manor B&B is nice if they are still taking reservations
That's all I can think of for now...but I will add more if I can think of some

We had a great time at Poconos Palace! Also some places in the Hudson Valley/catskills--beautiful this time of year....

Any B & B Hershey Spa I dont know exactly how far is far but vermont seems good too.
