trouble conceiving?

Although I am not married yet (wedding is in September), of course my FH and I talk about kids.. he had an infection in 1 testicle about 1.5 yrs ago and he took medication etc and it went away. The inf. was only in the 1 testicle. (no it wasn't an STD!)

So, my question is, has anyone here gone through something similiar? And was successful in conceiving? I'm just scared...
