Re: trouble sleeping.....
unfortunatley this has been my problem sicne college.... i am always on the go and my mind is moving even faster. the onlything that helps me is going to the gym. i go to the gym 4-5 times a week ofcourse to stay in shape but mostly so that i can relieve tension and mental frustration and stress. it reall y helps. i go at nights so that by the time i gethome, i take a warm shower and pass out.

Re: trouble sleeping.....
Tylenol PM, Ambien, Lunesta...whatever I can get my sleepless hands on...
And when I do sleep I have at least one wedding dream or nightmare per night!

Re: trouble sleeping.....
if you're open to a relaxation technique, they can be so helpful. Part of my job is teaching these things to children and it took me a while to learn how much I needed them in my life.
I do the same thing, just lay in bed thinking about everything and I know I have to get to sleep.
I also find yoga to be very helpful. When I'm stressed, my anxiety is high, and yoga def. helps.
