trouble uploading/resizing pics
i'm having trouble uploading some of my pics into an album. i've tried and tried but certain ones it just won't let me. the same ones, if i try to resize them for a post, it says that it is an unrecognized format and it is unable to resize. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR can anyone help?

I went through this too. I tried so many ways. Make sure it's in JPEG!

But I think she said she can't even get them into her album.
Maybe I'm confused now.

Oh! I'm sorry. I saved it to my desktop and when I went to it on my desktop it gave me the option. Oy, I don't know.
