Hi Ladies.. I need some help.. OK.. So I am really confused..

I am going to my first trunk show next Sunday and I need to understand how it works.. I know that they said they have the dresses in stock that are 20-70% off (and I would die if the dress I was looking at was 70% off )

But how does it work?? if you find a dress you like, are you buying the SAMPLE?? or are they ordering you a new dress.. I just want to make sure that I am getting a crisp, clean dress in excellent condition..

If you girls can give me some insight, I would really appreciate it!!

i ordered my dress at a trunk show and received 15% off and they are making my dress new and they gave me a free veil up to $500 worth...HTH

Generally Trunk Shows are like Promotional Days around a particular designer. The reason for this is that if you choose to buy your dress that day- you will get 10 to 15% off your dress for buying it during the trunk show-- or promotional period. But, you NEED to buy it that day- or before the trunk show is over-- usually they last a weekend. This is to encourage brides to make the decision- and for the designers to sell a lot of dresses in one weekend.

You mentioned 70% off a dress-- that sounds like it might be a sample- but the dresses that you get the standard 10 to 15% are new, made to order for you.
