I believe a Trunk Show is when a designer shows their new upcoming line of dresses and if you go during the trunk show and order a dress, you get a certain percentage off your dress (and accessories) - like 10% or 15% etc.

I would go. Just make sure to make an appointment - those without appts have to wait around until the girls with appt.'s have their turn.

I was told they take about 6 months to come in, but I'm sure if you buy it this weekend they can get it in for you in time.

I would ask them, I have heard that Demetrios dresses take about 8 months to come in, but who knows- maybe they could rush order your's.

Whether you go to Macy’s Bridal Salon during a Demetrios trunk show or not they will still give you at least 15% off on your gown. When you call to schedule an appointment I would tell them that you are getting married in early August and ask them if that will be enough time for you place to place an order now.
