My first experience was horrible. Not only did my daughters act horrible, I was totally ignored and was a bit emotional because my parents were not there. So due to the advice of you ladies and my FH I've decided to try it again. I am going to Macy's in Manhasset today after the G2G then tomorrow I'm going to bridal reflections and possibly Solotu. My DOC and a bride on here that i became friends with are going with me today and my DOC will be going tomorrow.
Hopefully I will have a better experience
Update: I had the best time ever. My DOC and a fellow bride who i have become friends with went with me and we had a blast. I tried on every style and fabric there is. My fav dress Christina actually picked out and it felt amazing having it on. It was so different. I have a few other appointments but the other dress shops will have to come big to beat out that dress....and the price was so much lower than I expected. Maybe I can get my Manolos
I think a great lunch with great company just really set the day off right. Thanks ladies

awww....good luck Charonda!! I hope it will be better. I had a horrible experience dress shopping but I think its due to my weight issues.

Good luck and try to keep a positive and fun thought process. Try to keep people around you who are there for YOU. And remember u will only look for your wedding dress once so keep it enjoyable and try not to let people get on your nerves...
