You can try the AB Ball from Marshall, target and Modell's should have it too.
Buy some AB videos for the ball or get them from the library that should help.

100 crunches each night before bed to tone the muscles in your ab area, and cardio to melt off the fat covering the area so you can see the toned area!

If youre member of a gym, try and do classes. My gym has a 30 minute power ab class I take. Its awesome. Ims tarting to see some boxes. And I do some cardio during the week. Also, try and do pilates! Its rough but it really shows results

You want to try the best ab work out? Try 'Barry's Bootcamp' With in a week you start to see a big difference. But you have to be very comitted and motivated to it. Also eat very healthy. So far I have lost over 20 lbs/ with in 4 months.

Here's a nice and quick ab routine I do with my girls for dance if you aren't into doing Videos or going to a gym. I think if you do this once (or twice) a day you should definitely see results. It lasts about the duration of 1 song. A song that has a great beat for abs and my girls love is Ciara-Get Up (listen to that so you get an idea for a tempo). Here are the variations I do....each position is done for a 32 count (4 counts of 8). I keep my hands behind my head the whole time to support my neck, regardless of what these pictures I found show.

First Position (Regular Crunches)

Second Position (Bring legs in)

Third Position (Bring legs up)

Fourth Position (keep your legs up there but instead of crunching, lay your hands flat on the floor and lift up your butt up off the floor)

Fifth Position (Drop one leg...DON'Tt let it hit the floor)

Sixth Position (Switch legs...drop your other leg...still DON'T let it hit the floor)

Seventh Position (Drop both legs...to the floor)

Eighth Position (Butterfly)

Ninth Position (bring your knees to the right)

Tenth (Back to Regular crunches)

Eleventh (Bicycle...variations are doing them quickly or holding each 'bicycle' movement which feels great)

Twelveth (bring your knees to the left)

At the time the song (about a 3 min. song) should be almost over. Flip over to your stomach push up and stretch out your muscles!

Also here's a quick 12 min workout you can do to help give definition, b/c it's important to do cardio as well in order to see results, alot of the times people do lots of crunches and they develop muscle under fat, and get frustrated b/c they're not doing the cardio or eating right to get rid of the fat.
