Trying to get some help for a friend...Dress question

Hey ladies,

My day has come and gone, but my good friend is getting married in June. She doesn't want a white dress. Maybe something in a very light pink for example.

Advice would be invaluable.

Where can she go to find dresses that aren't white?!

What about a bridesmaid dress? You can find some really pretty ones that have trains and then just order it in a light pink color.

Doesn't Maggie Sottero also have a pink color? I'm not sure about that, but it's worth checking out.

Depending on how much she's willing to spend I know that Kenneth Pool makes dress in different colors. such as light blue, light green and lavender.

I think bridesmaids dresses are a good idea. Also, I know that my dress came in all different colors. It was by Nicole Miller. The white one is part of the bridal collection and then just as eveningwear they sell it in colors. So maybe she could try something like that, just designer evening gowns. That is, if she's looking for something besides a ballgown princess dress.

Somone just posted their review, and she was wearing a gorgeous pink dress from Vera Wang. She did say it was a BM dress.

Demetrios made a light pink wedding gown. Another alternative would be to wear white/ivory with a colorful sash!

HTH!!
