confused about tipping.I know im tipping the maitre d and bridal attenadant, but are you also tipping you banquet manager also? She is very nice and helpful but im not sure what to do? Please let me know what your planning on doing.

No, you don't tip the banquet manager. S/he gets a percentage of your contract.

I didn't know that!! When the BM & I discussed who is/is not covered in the service charge, he mentioned that he is not included in there. I was thinking to myself, 'I have to tip you, too??' Now I knwo better! Thanks for the info!

yeah I didnt know that the BM gets a percentage ...I guess maybe I would send her a nice card.
absolutly not the BM gets a percentage. but my matre d is a differnts story

The BM's not included in the service charge b/c he gets a percentage of your contract. Don't tip the BM!
